I believe there is no need nor desire to have the website available in any other language than English, so I have removed the configuration files for German and commented out the locale toggle menu.

I believe so, too. The commented out config part could even be removed altogether.

We will face the opposite problem with the TRR website -- where we need to improve our multi-language game -- but it would be counterproductive to practice that here.
