the old speech annotation used a custom made audio track (narrator speaking but dialogues muted) that was shifted one frame to better match the (beginning) of the audio track of the audio-visual movie. The new annotation uses the unsegmented version of the audio-description. Hence, no shifting anymore and less comments.
