DOC: BIDS-Futureproof eyetracking sidecar files

This adds additional metadata keys that have not yet made it into BIDS, but are proposed in BEP20.
Having them included shouldn't do any harm, but it helps to preserve the available information right now
and will be needed once BEP20 made it into the BIDS spec
