Add -i/--include option, which allows opt-in for inboxes

Add -d/--dry-run option. If given auto-curate will not modify any data, but just print what it would do

This commit adds the option -i/--include
to specify inboxes that should be auto-curated.
If -i/--include is provided, only included
inboxes will be processed (opt-in).
