This PR changes the default behavior of dtc auto-curate from "curating all inboxes that can be found on a server" to "curate inboxes that are given as argument".

clean up code 901b52b295

This commit moves an instruction out of an
try-except clausem, because it would not raise
any of the caught exception.

use explicit inboxes in dtc auto-curate d517fe9536

This commit changes the default behavior of
