This commit removes token echoing that
was left in the code.

It also uses `click.echo` instead of `print`.
This commit adds progress feedback for every
incoming area. It also uses colors to highlight
important information and improve output
readability.

It also prints the pid of the record for which
writing to curated area or deleting from an
incoming area failed.
