Update patch to fix faulty shaclgen export of sh:order ... f116cd4544

See https://github.com/psychoinformatics-de/shacl-vue/issues/107.
The updated patch allows switching off the automatic generation of the sh:order
field for a property shape, by using the new --exclude-order flag.

Disable patches that made it upstream or got rejected there 4be0d16c00

Define an application-specific prefix for PIDs ... a88b9aa431

We will need to maintain application-specific PIDs, and it should help
being about to spot them easily.
