This includes:

minor update: virtual scroller page mode for main annotation page
minor update: add visited-color configuration
major update: support pagination in frontend and in requests to dumpthings
doc updates: not directly applicable to annotation-tool users
new feature: introduce a new editor for any_of, aka sh:or, fields (including bump in shacl-tulip dependency)
update to config to reflect changes

bump shacl-vue to latest c8e41d30fc
