Following up on the plan to integrate "ORINOCO" across ABCD-J communication platforms, this PR makes a number of proposed changes to weave the metadata management system that has been developed throughout the website. Namely, it:

Adds information on metadata management to the FAIR data management research topic
Adds shacl-vue and dump-things as software technologies
Adds Christian (@cmo) as a relevant contributor
Adds a showcase article highlighting TRR379 as a real-world case study for the metadata management system
