The figure generating code is updated # 94c9d6a and we have all the figures that we could make before (specific tweaks such as no of bins in the histograms are commented out in most cases). The axis for the main sequence is now set to log values.

The only thing that is currently not in there is the number of "missing" data---nan values and data points removed before and after blinks--- which was calculated from the intermediate "preproc" files from the previous algorithm. @mih Is this an important value that we need to dig out or can we leave it?
