Standard annotations (added by JSH)

I think something that might add to ease of use and simplicity is to build in the ability to add "standard annotations" for a record, described here with a delete example: #114.

It also seems to me that this shares some underlying functionality with the wizard editors, in that a simple action creates a more complex set of statements in the graph store. Perhaps there is room for more generalization.
