There is something called "KDSF" (Kerndatensatz Forschung) in Germany - a standardized vocabulary for research information used in reporting. It defines a set of "Basismodule" (basic modules) relating to research information. Among others, it has publication, person, award, etc. You can find an overview of its modules and properties here: https://www.kerndatensatz-forschung.de/kdsf_standard/kdsf_basisdatenbaum.php
