Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
INM has a PDF-Form based process. But it feeds a custom database. We can have the underlying data model, convert it, and offer a web form based submission.
