[User][Preferred user name] Submit throws error #12

  1. When User record is edited for "Preferred user name" slot, submission error shows for following examples:
Case Preferred User name Status
Case 1 venkatesh Submission successful
Case 2 Venkatesh No validation error, Submission error

Case2 should have shown validation error according to the https://hub.psychoinformatics.de/inm7/inm7-concepts/src/branch/main/src/flat-users/unreleased.yaml#L182 , but fails to show any validation error.
