Allow PID as URL query param #18

This is kind of already possible, but the exact behaviour is not yet complete. PID can be included as a URL query parameter, and the existing code would somehow highlight this record in the list of all records of a class. But this behaviour should be updated to be in line with more recent changes to internal linkage between records, where (currently) the search bar is used to filter down to a particular record (by PID)

This way I would be able to send anyone a link to a specific record, which I found myself wanting to do several times today.
